What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. ground beef
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
1 cup HEINZ HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy
6 oz. Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups mashed potatoes

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in mixed vegetables and gravy. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish.
Top with VELVEETA and potatoes.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
This recipe is a great way to use leftover mashed potatoes. Or, you can prepare recipe using freshly made mashed potatoes or store-bought refrigerated mashed potatoes.
Barbecue Shepherd's Pie
Substitute 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce mixed with 1/2 tsp. onion powder for the gravy.
