Combine pasta, slaw, cranberries and onions in large bowl.
Whisk mayo, vinegar and sugar until blended. Add to pasta mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with nuts before serving.

Substitute coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix) for the broccoli slaw.
