What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.)
1 pkg. (11.25 oz.) frozen garlic Texas toast
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Pour sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish; stir in half the Parmesan. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Meanwhile prepare garlic toast as directed on package.
Top chicken with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan; bake 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted. Serve with garlic toast.
If using larger chicken breasts, cut them in half lengthwise before adding them to the baking dish to ensure that they get done in the recommended baking time.
