1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 mangos, cut into wedges
2 fresh pear s, sliced
2 navel orange s, segmented
1 jicama, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 pomegranate, seeded (about 3/4 cup seeds)
4 fresh mint sprigs
