Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. red pepper jelly
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Place cream cheese on microwaveable plate; top with jelly.
Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until cream cheese is slightly softened.
Sprinkle with cilantro.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Prepare as directed, substituting 1/3 cup apricot jam mixed with 1 tsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce for the red pepper jelly.
Serve with assorted crackers.
