Heat small skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Break egg into skillet; cover. Cook 4 to 5 min. or until white is completely set and yolk begins to thicken but does not become firm.
Spread 1 toast slice with mayo.
Fill toast slices with lettuce, tomato, Singles and egg.
