What You Need
Original recipe yields 5 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 cup HEINZ HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy
1 pkg. (24 oz.) refrigerated mashed potatoes
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Heat oven to 375°F.
Brown meat in medium ovenproof skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in frozen vegetables and gravy.
Combine potatoes and VELVEETA; spread over meat mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Substitute breakfast pork sausage for the ground beef.
