Whisk Neufchatel and milk until smooth. Stir into skillet with chiles and ham; cook, covered, on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Top with tomatoes just before serving.
Serve with a mixed green salad and whole grain roll to round out the meal.
