What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
1 large onion, sliced, separated into rings
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
20 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
4 telera s or bolillos, split
4 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process American Cheese Slice s, cut in half

Let's Make It
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.
Add onions to reserved drippings; cook on medium heat 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in peppers; cook and stir 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add ham to skillet; cook and stir 1 min. or until heated through.
Fill rolls with ham, vegetables, cheese and bacon. Cook, in batches, in same skillet 2 min. on each side or until toasted on both sides.
Add thin avocado slices to filling in each sandwich before cooking as directed.
Serve with fresh fruit and a tossed green side salad.
