How to Make the Cookie Crumbs
Crushing the cookies is a cinch with a rolling pin and resealable plastic bag. Just place the cookies in the bag, close bag, then roll rolling pin over cookies until finely crushed. Or, use your food processor or blender to process the cookies until finely crushed.
How to Easily Dip the Cookie Balls
To easily coat the cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add cookie balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Return dipped cookie balls to prepared pan; top with cookie halves as directed. Let stand until chocolate coating is firm.
