Turn baked potatoes into tacos with this dish from Kraft. Our baked potatoes tacos are loaded with beef, cheese and sour cream for a fun twist on taco night.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 baking potatoes (1-1/4 lb.)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Reduced Fat Sour Cream

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Prick each potato several times. Bake 45 min. or until tender.
Meanwhile, cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package.
Cut slits in tops of potatoes; top with meat mixture and remaining ingredients.
For added heat and flavor, top with sliced jalapeno peppers.
For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
