2 large fennel bulbs, trimmed, sliced
20 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 2/3 cup)
1-1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add fennel; cover. Cook 5 min.; stir. Cook, uncovered, 20 to 22 min. or until vegetables are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix mayo and mustard in medium bowl; stir in cheese. Add to vegetable mixture; stir. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over vegetable mixture.

Bake 8 to 10 min. or until vegetable mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.
