1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1 Tbsp. water
1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Let's Make It
Place asparagus in microwaveable dish. Add water. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 5 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
Drain asparagus. Serve topped with mayo mixture.

Trimming Fresh Asparagus
Asparagus spears snap off naturally where they are tough. Simply bend the spear near the bottom end and it will break off at the right point. Or, remove an inch or so of the "woody" portion off the bottom of the stalks with a sharp knife.
