Fill with remaining ingredients.
For more heat, add 1 Tbsp. of your favorite sliced hot peppers to sandwich filling.
How to Serve Warm
To serve as a warm sandwich, place sandwich on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 25 to 30 sec. or just until warmed.
