Bring pasta sauce, water and garlic to boil in large skillet. Stir in noodles; cover.
Cook on medium-low heat 12 min. or just until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir.
Mix ricotta and basil; drop spoonfuls over noodle mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; cover. Let stand 5 min. until mozzarella is melted.
Cook 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen Italian-style mixed vegetables as directed on package. Stir into noodle mixture before topping with spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture. Continue as directed.
Substitute cottage cheese for the ricotta.
Crumble 1/2 lb. Italian sausage into large skillet. Cook 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta sauce, water and garlic; bring to boil. Stir in noodles; continue as directed.
