1 onion, chopped
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 lb. new potatoes, cooked, coarsely chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Cook and stir onion in dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. Add meat; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add potatoes, corn, tomato sauce and water; mix well. Cook on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
