What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 halibut fillet s (1-1/2 lb.), 2 inches thick
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Place fish on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; spoon over fish. Top with crumbs.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with smart sides, such as steamed fresh vegetables and a crisp mixed green salad.
