What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. ground pork
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
8 corn tortillas, warmed
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Add onions; cook until tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, almonds, raisins, dressing and bouillon; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley.
Serve hot with warm tortillas; top with sour cream.
Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable to round out the meal.
Toast almonds before adding to skillet.
Serve leftover picadillo with tortilla chips and shredded cheese for easy nachos.
