What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, halved, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
1 Tbsp. oil

Let's Make It
Cook and stir meat in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min. Add vegetables; cook 3 to 4 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in barbecue sauce; cook on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Spoon down centers of tortillas, roll up.
Top with KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream and/or guacamole before rolling up.
Serve with hot cooked rice.
