2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 Tbsp. butter
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
dash black pepper

Place flour in medium saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Add boullion and butter; cook on medium heat 4 min. or until sauce is thickened and just begins to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add eggs; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Place 1 toast slice on each of four plates.

Heat bacon as directed on package. Place on toast; cover with egg mixture, cheese and pepper.
