Add boullion and butter; cook on medium heat 4 min. or until sauce is thickened and just begins to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add eggs; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Place 1 toast slice on each of four plates.
Heat bacon as directed on package. Place on toast; cover with egg mixture, cheese and pepper.
Serve with fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Prepare as directed, adding 1/3 cup frozen peas to the thickened sauce before adding the eggs.
