Refrigerate 1 hour or until set. Meanwhile, let remaining gelatin stand at room temperature.
Add 1 cup of the whipped topping to reserved gelatin; stir until well blended. Spoon evenly over gelatin layer in parfait glasses. Refrigerate 15 min. or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
