Original recipe yields 10 servings
30 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1-1/4 cups green salsa
10 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2-1/2 lb.)
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Combine cracker crumbs and mayo.
Spread salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with chicken; spread with crumb mixture.
Bake 20 min. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
Prepare using your favorite red salsa.
Spread salsa onto bottom of baking dish; top with chicken. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Spread with mayo mixture and continue as directed.
