Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/2 of a ripe avocado
2 tsp. KRAFT Horseradish Sauce
4 slices bakery whole grain bread (1/2 inch thick)
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Smoked Turkey Breast
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Thick Cut Bacon, warmed
1 plum tomato, cut into 4 slices
6 sprigs watercress, thick stems removed

Let's Make It

Mash avocado in small bowl. Stir in horseradish sauce. Spread evenly onto bread.

Top 2 of the bread slices with turkey, bacon, tomatoes and watercress.

Cover with remaining bread slices.

Substitute
If you are not a horseradish lover, substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise for the horseradish.

How to Clean Watercress
Watercress holds a lot of dirt and must be thoroughly washed before using. To clean, fill a large bowl with cold water, then add watercress. Swish watercress around until all of the dirt comes off. Repeat until watercress is clean, using fresh water each time. Pat watercress dry with paper towels before using as desired. For later use, pat washed watercress dry, then place between layers of additional paper towels in perforated plastic bag and store in refrigerator until ready to use.

How to Store Remaining Avocado Half
To help keep the avocado green, leave the pit in the remaining avocado half, place in resealable plastic bag and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
