You don't need any special tools or gadgets to make this Easy Raspberry Sorbet. If you can mash berries and stir things, you've got what it takes!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
6 oz. (1/2 of 12-oz. can) frozen lemonade concentrate (Do not thaw.)
3 cups raspberries
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
12 waffle cones

Let's Make It
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large freezerproof bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in frozen concentrate. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened.
Mash berries with fork. Add to gelatin mixture along with the COOL WHIP; whisk until blended.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Scoop into cones.
Serve sorbet scooped into dessert dishes instead of the waffle cones.
Prepare and freeze sorbet as directed. Scoop, then place scoops in single layer in freezer container. Store in freezer until ready to serve.
How to Store
Store any leftover raspberry sorbet in freezer.
