What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
4 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
2 cups loosely packed torn romaine lettuce
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
4 hamburger buns

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix meat, garlic and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with mozzarella; grill 1 min. or until melted.
Toss lettuce with 2 Tbsp. dressing and remaining Parmesan. Fill buns with lettuce mixture, burgers and remaining dressing.
How to Toast the Buns
Place buns, cut sides down, on grill grate for the last 1 to 2 min. of the burger grilling time to grill until lightly toasted.
Prepare with extra-lean ground beef, KRAFT Lite Caesar Dressing and whole wheat buns.
