Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/4 cups 1% milk
3 slices whole wheat bread, crusts removed, cubed
4 cups small broccoli florets, cooked, chopped
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 350°F.
Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add bread; mix lightly. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
Prepare as directed, substituting a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate for the square baking dish.
Prepare using your favorite KRAFT Shredded Cheese.
Add 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves or 1/4 tsp. pepper to egg mixture along with the bread.
