Add drink mix to water; stir until mix is dissolved.
Remove 2 Tbsp. prepared drink; add to blender. Reserve remaining prepared drink for other use. (See Tip.)
Blend prepared drink and remaining ingredients on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
Pour remaining prepared drink into 1-1/2-qt. glass or plastic pitcher. Add 1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) cold water; stir until blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Substitute plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt for the Sour Cream.
