3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 can (5 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
1/4 tsp. dill weed
2 green onions, sliced, divided
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
