What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup BUD LIGHT® Beer
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 green onions, sliced

Let's Make It
Microwave VELVEETA and beer in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring after 3 min.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Keeping it Safe
Hot dips should be discarded after sitting at room temperature for 2 hours or longer.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
Serve it Cold
This dip is also great served cold. Prepare as directed; cool. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve as directed.
VELVEETA Spicy Buffalo Dip
Prepare recipe as directed, omitting the light beer and increasing the sour cream to 1 cup.
