Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-2/3 cups hot water
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 large red pepper, chopped
1 can (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
1 Tbsp. chili powder

Mix stuffing mix and hot water just until moistened. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Add next 5 ingredients to skillet. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender.
Top with prepared stuffing. Cover; simmer 3 min.
Substitute any vegetable your family likes for the peppers. Try 2 cups chopped carrots or zucchini.
