Pour dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Mix barbecue sauce and peppers. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill chicken 40 min. or until done (165°F), turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce mixture for the last 15 min.

Chipotle peppers are smoked jalapeño peppers. Most of the heat from the jalapeño is retained during the smoking. They are very spicy, and are typically found in the ethnic food aisle. You can buy them dried whole, powdered, pickled or canned in adobo sauce. The canned version is typically the easiest to find.
