What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
24 uncooked large shrimp (1 lb.), peeled, deveined
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 whole jalapeño pepper, stem and seeds removed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Let's Make It
Place shrimp and dressing in resealable plastic bag; seal tightly and shake to mix well. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.
Blend next 5 ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into small bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Heat greased grill to medium-high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Spear 1 shrimp onto each of 24 small wooden skewers (3-inch lengths.) Grill shrimp 5 to 7 min. or until pink, turning once. Serve with cilantro mixture as a dipping sauce.
Make it Easy
Skewer shrimp on long wooden or metal skewers. Cook as directed. When ready, remove from skewers and spear each shrimp with a toothpick. Serve with dipping sauce.
Leftover shrimp can be tossed in a green salad. Use leftover dipping sauce as a salad dressing.
