Here's a flavorful way to prepare boneless pork chops: Marinate in a BBQ sauce blend and serve with a freshly prepared papaya-garlic-basil salsa.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Honey Spiced Pork Chop Barbecue Sauce
2 cups chopped papaya, divided
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
4 boneless pork chop s (1 lb.)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced

Blend barbecue sauce, 1 cup papaya and cumin in blender until smooth. Pour half the barbecue sauce mixture over chops in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Reserve remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
Meanwhile, gently combine remaining papaya, dressing, basil and garlic in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chops 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing occasionally with reserved barbecue sauce mixture. Remove from grill; let stand 3 min. Serve with papaya salsa.
Marinate pork chops as directed in refrigerator up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, remove from marinade and grill as directed.
Fresh mango or pineapple are a great replacement for papaya. Follow recipe as directed.
