Add water to drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Pour 3 cups into blender.
Add 1-1/2 cups berries and 1/2 cup ginger ale; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Garnish each filled glass with a strawberry and peeled kiwi slice.
For an alcoholic version, reduce water to 5-1/2 cups and add 1/2 cup vodka or rum when preparing the drink mix.
