1-1/2 cups cooked rice
1 can (15.5 oz) black beans, undrained
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. each: salt and black pepper

Cook bacon, onions and garlic in large skillet on medium-high heat until bacon is crisp.

Stir in rice, beans with their liquid, the oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
