1 tsp. lemon juice
3 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1 small blood orange, sectioned

2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted

Toss avocados with orange and lemon juice in medium bowl.
Add next 3 ingredients; mix lightly.
Spoon onto 2 plates; top with nuts.
Substitute passion fruit juice for the orange juice. Look for it in cans or bottles in Hispanic grocery stores or in the juice section of most larger supermarkets.
Substitute drained 11-oz. can mandarin oranges, or 1 sectioned navel orange, for the blood orange sections.
