What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup chopped onion
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
1 cup white rice, uncooked
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled, cleaned
1 can (15 oz.) chicken broth
1 cup water
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 bag (10 oz.) spinach leaves
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and bacon; cook 5 min. or until bacon is cooked.
Add rice, shrimp, broth and water. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 min.
Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined. Top with spinach; cover. Cook 5 to 10 min. or until spinach is wilted. Stir in until spinach is combined. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed, for shrimp. Prepare as directed, being sure to check that chicken is cooked through to 165°F before serving.
