1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 cups fresh dark sweet cherries, halved, pitted
3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Blend first 5 ingredients in blender 30 sec. or until well blended.
Place cherries in 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; cover with batter. Top with chocolate.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until center is set and top is puffed and golden brown. Cool slightly. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
Dessert can be part of a balanced diet, but remember to keep tabs on portions.
Place the pie plate on a baking sheet before filling. This will make it easier to put into and remove from the oven.
