Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (1 inch)
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. finely chopped seeded jalapeño peppers

Let's Make It
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Insert pineapple chunks onto skewers. Brush with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Set remaining dressing aside for later use.
Grill 3 to 5 min. on each side or until heated through.
Remove pineapple from skewers. Finely chop pineapple; place in small bowl. Add reserved 2 Tbsp. dressing, onions, cilantro and peppers; mix lightly.
Serve over grilled steak, chicken or fish.
