Original recipe yields 10 servings
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL Vanilla Crème
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 egg s
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 cup cherry pie filling

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat cream cheese, flavored beverage mix and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour into crust.
Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Top with pie filling just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped packages of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until slightly softened.
