4 cups shredded peeled chayote s, squeezed dry
3 carrot s, shredded
1/2 cup each chopped green peppers and onion s

Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
Peel chayotes under running water since chayote juice is slippery and sticky and can be an irritant.
