Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 cup frozen peas

Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until 8 to 10 min. or until tender. Stir in reduced-fat cream cheese and broth. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 7 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in turkey and peas; cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Drain noodles. Serve topped with turkey mixture.
Serve with a mixed green salad and fresh fruit.
For a change of pace, add 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves or 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme to the sauce along with the cream cheese and broth.
