What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 cup KRAFT FREE Shredded Non-Fat Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup each: chopped green pepper, pitted black olives and mushrooms
1 tsp. each: garlic salt and dried oregano leaves
1 small tomato, cut into 4 slices
4 lettuce leaves

Let's Make It
Mix meat, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the onion, peppers, olives, mushrooms and seasonings until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add patties; cover. Cook on medium heat 4 to 6 min. on each side or until cooked through. Top with tomatoes and the remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover. Cook 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Mix meat mixture and shape into patties as directed. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, cook and serve as directed.
