If only all pies were as easy as this cheesy, meaty dinnertime favorite! (It does help that no crust is required—just a 10-inch tortilla!)
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 flour tortilla (10 inch)
4 KRAFT Singles

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in seasonings and beans; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Place tortilla in 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray, with edge of tortilla extending over side of pie plate. Fill with meat mixture.
Bake 10 min. or until heated through; top with Singles. Bake 2 min. or until Singles are melted.
Top with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and/or salsa before serving.
