What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
2 egg s
4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
2 slices tomato

Mix mayo and relish.
Beat eggs in small microwavable bowl; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 45 sec.; stir. Microwave, covered, an additional 30 sec.; stir. Let stand, covered, 1 min. or until eggs are set and no visible liquid remains. Stir in mayo mixture.
Top 2 toast slices with ham, egg mixture and tomatoes. Cover with remaining toast slices.
For added flavor and crunch, add your favorite sandwich fixings, such as lettuce and bell pepper rings, to each sandwich.
Substitute chopped CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickles for the pickle relish.
To serve as a cold egg salad filling, prepare egg mixture in advance. Refrigerate up to 3 hours. When ready to serve, use to prepare sandwiches as directed.
