1-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 5), peeled, quartered
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Let's Make It

Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 10 min. or until tender. Remove potatoes from saucepan; drain.

Cook and stir onions in dressing in same saucepan on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add potatoes; mash lightly.

Add remaining ingredients; cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.

For a special treat, spoon sweet potato mixture into 1-1/2-qt. ovenproof casserole. Bake 20 min. Top with 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows; bake an additional 10 min. or until golden.
