3/4 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 cup thinly sliced celery
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup chopped cucumber
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small red onion
1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1 red or green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup green chiles
2 lb. cooked cubed red potatoes or new potatoes (about 6 cups)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

To cook the potatoes in the microwave, peel potatoes; cut into quarters. Place in 3-qt. microwaveable bowl. Add 1/3 cup water; cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 14 to 16 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 8 min. Drain.
