What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
2-1/2 cups orange juice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Cranberry Flavor Gelatin
1 cup finely chopped mixed dried fruit (apricots, raisins, dates)
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted
1 Tbsp. orange zest or lemon zest

Let's Make It
Bring juice, cinnamon and cloves to boil in medium saucepan. Add to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves a definite impression.)
Stir in fruit, nuts and zest. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
Prepare using JELL-O Cranberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin.
