What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 cup flour
1 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
3-1/2 cups cold milk

Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix flour, nuts, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 20 min. or until lightly browned. Cool.
Whisk cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl until blended. Stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread onto crust.
Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/2 cups milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
Prepare with PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, fat-free milk and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until softened.
