Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.
Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 3 hrs. or until firm.
Spoon 1/4 cup COOL WHIP into each of 8 dessert dishes. Use back of spoon to spread COOL WHIP onto bottom and part way up side of each dish.
Cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes; spoon over COOL WHIP.
Prepare using COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping.
